Weihe Engineers named Top Workplaces 2019!

In an employee engagement survey conducted by Pennsylvania-based Energage and their partner, IndyStar, Weihe Engineers has been named Top Workplaces 2019 in the 50 – 149 employee class. This is the firm’s first year being eligible.

The survey aimed to determine employees’ thoughts and feelings around the company going in the right direction, being appreciated and part of something meaningful, enabled to work to their full potential, their confidence in leadership and excellence in two-way communication.
