Top Workplaces Recognition… 3-Peat!

Since becoming eligible for Top Workplaces back in 2019, Weihe Engineers has been recognized for three straight years. In a survey of our employees, the award’s presenters honed in on the thoughts and feelings around the company going in the right direction, being appreciated and part of something meaningful, enabled to work at their full potential, the confidence in leadership, and excellence in two-way communication.

Patrick Sheehan, Weihe Engineers’ President, sees this award as confirmation of how aligned our firm’s core values are with its vision of becoming a recognized leader and best workplace in the Midwest. He expands, “This recognition means a lot to us, especially this past year. We’re fortunate to have had a great business continuity plan ready to implement, reliable technology which enabled us to be agile as well as maintain communication and collaboration, and proactive leaders that kept everyone inspired to do great work serving our clients. Plus, we added staff while looking ahead into 2021 and beyond. I can’t be more proud of our staff for their amazing attitudes, commitment and dedication.”

2021 is already shaping up to be another record year for Weihe Engineers. The company also looks forward to celebrating its 60th anniversary (1960 – 2020) which was put on hold last year.
