Crossing the Finish Line

Due to an eminent domain claim on their previous location, the Plumbers Union had to find a new location for their building and have it built and ready for occupancy within the end of the next year. They found their current site on the eastside of I-465. The site met their needs and was already zoned for their program use. The site also came with existing covenants and restrictions as well as detention ponds that created developable areas. The south side bufferyards and north side detention pond required the building programming to fit within the property from east to west. A unique request was to replace the proposed RCP storm sewer pipe with HDPE storm sewer pipe so the Union could train the apprentices on how to install site related construction storm sewers.
