Crossing the Finish Line

Community First Bank of Indiana was excited to start their 3rd site in Hamilton County with this location on the corner of SR32 and Village Center Drive in Noblesville. With a fairly straight forward outlot development, infrastructure was provided onsite or within the adjacent right of way to help reduce connection costs. While access was somewhat limited and the City required a storm sewer stub be provided to the west adjoiner, a plan was developed that worked for both Community First and the City. Typical for developments in this area, landscaping was required to complete the development screening and buffering needs which helped to beautify the site.
