Crossing the Finish Line

The development is part of the Spring Mill Station SEC PUD that was originally master planned and themed using railroad transportation. The developer master planned the utilities, drainage, and infrastructure for the site. The developer also installed a paved trail through the site that quickly became the main constraint to address. This created a tight footprint to work within but the owner and design team was able to make the program fit the constraints of the site for another successful grand opening. This may be the only development in the City of Westfield that has a caboose and other railroad themed items on display and used for the amenities.
