Charlie serves as Vice President of Land Surveying. A graduate of Vincennes University, his 30-year career includes experience in land surveying, land development, transportation, and civil construction. He is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (PS) in Indiana.

In leading the department, Charlie sees to it that our clients are receiving high-quality services with responsiveness and timely deliverables to build with confidence. He has significant experience in the field as well as in the office. From leading field staff to leading projects and departments, his collective experience and enthusiasm is helping attract, develop, and impact the next generation of land surveyors. Charlie’s passion for the surveying industry is exemplified by his involvement on college campuses speaking to students about the land surveying profession as well as advocating for anyone interested in Surveying on how to start their career path and learn while they earn.
