Crossing the Finish Line

This $8 million mixed use development located on 10th Street between Clinton and Wayne streets represents a significant redevelopment of underutilized properties in downtown Noblesville. The project consists of two multi-story buildings, which combined, will contain 32,000 square feet of space. The space will be comprised of commercial spaces, apartments, roof top gathering area, and tenant garages. Close collaboration with the City of Noblesville along with significant grading and utility challenges and solutions led to desirable project results including below street grade patio seating.
